Update EU Login Account

It is your responsibility to ensure your EU Login account is up to date. It is especially important to keep your email address updated, as you will not be able to reset your password if you forget it.

New phone or phone number

To register a new phone, start by removing any previous, inaccessible mobile phones (if you still have access to one of the registered devices or eIDs, it isn't necessary to delete all devices but then EU Login will require you to use a 2nd factor to log in to your EU-Login account).

Access your EU Login at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/cas/login (don't click a link or button that leads to AGM)

Authenticate with simple password authentication (under Choose your verification method):

After authentication, move the mouse over the gear at the top right corner to display the menu and select My Account:

Click Delete all my devices and eID (PANIC)

Add your new phone by clicking Manage my mobile devices.

Change name or email address

If your name or email address changes, be sure to update it in your existing EU-Login account. Don't create a new EU-Login account instead. Doing so will generate a different account ID, leading to an authentication error when you attempt to access your meeting content.

Open the link: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/cas/login

Once successfully authenticated, move the mouse over the gear at the top right corner to display the menu and select My Account.

Click Configure my account

NB. You cannot relate one email address to two EU-Login accounts. If you by mistake already created a new EU-Login with your new email address, you need to delete the new account first.

Enter the new name or email address and click Submit.
