Page contents Page contents New phone or phone numberTo register a new phone, start by removing any previous, inaccessible mobile phones (if you still have access to one of the registered devices or eIDs, it isn't necessary to delete all devices but then EU Login will require you to use a 2nd factor to log in to your EU-Login account).Access your EU Login at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/cas/login (don't click a link or button that leads to AGM). Authenticate with simple password authentication (under Choose your verification method): After authentication, move the mouse over the gear at the top right corner to display the menu and select My Account: Click Delete all my devices and eID (PANIC). Add your new phone by clicking Manage my mobile devices.Change name or email addressIf your name or email address changes, be sure to update it in your existing EU-Login account. Don't create a new EU-Login account instead. Doing so will generate a different account ID, leading to an authentication error when you attempt to access your meeting content.Open the link: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/cas/loginLogin.Once successfully authenticated, move the mouse over the gear at the top right corner to display the menu and select My Account. Click Configure my account: NB. You cannot relate one email address to two EU-Login accounts. If you by mistake already created a new EU-Login with your new email address, you need to delete the new account first. Enter the new name or email address and click Submit. You will receive a message starting with Your account has been successfully updated. At the same time an email will be delivered to the address you entered requesting you to confirm the change by clicking on the link called "this link": Once you click the link you are redirected to the EU Login site. As confirmation, you will get a message with the title E-mail change validation. You can double check if the change was successful by clicking on My Account and going into My Account Details.
